Store Policy


All payments are processed through Paypal and/or Stripe. Orders will be dispatched once your payment has been confirmed.


We do our best at keeping our store up to date with styles and sizing, but unfortunately, from time to time items that are listed as in stock may not be available. We apologise if this situation does occur and will contact you to offer you a refund or offer you a suitable alternative.


Currently we ship Australia wide and also to New Zealand, USA, Canada, France, Netherlands, China, Singapore, Japan, Uk & Ireland.  Please contact us if you live outside these countries and we will give you an estimate for shipping. 

All Australia wide orders are shipped via Australia Post in express post, next day delivery bags so you receive your purchase almost immediately.   Prices begin at $11.55 for one item and then go up to $16.50 for multiple items or large items such as heavy knits or coats.  Please note that we can not always guarantee your purchase will arrive the next day, especially if the purchase was made after 12pm or you live interstate (please allow two days).  We cannot replace or be responsible for packages lost by Australia Post.

Overseas orders are also shipped via Australia Post with tracking.  In some instances, shipping can be slightly less than what we had predicted and in this case we will gladly refund you any remaining money.  Please allow approx. 2 weeks for delivery.


We would like you to feel confident when purchasing online and we want to make sure that you are satisfied with your purchases.  But we do ask if you are unsure of any styles, colour, sizing and fabric, that you contact us first.  We don't accept any returns on sale items if you change your mind (change of mind includes selecting the wrong colour, size or product) - all purchases on sale items are final unless there is a major problem with the item.  In some instances we will happily exchange the same item for a different size if available.

Only full price items can be returned for an exchange or a credit note (valid for 6 months) and we do not give full cash refunds.

Please note that an item will only be accepted for exchange or credit note under the following conditions:

• The item is unused, unworn and in brand new condition with packaging intact and the original labels attached.
• A copy of a valid receipt is included with the return.
• The item is returned within 7 days of the receipt date and we have been contacted within 72 hours after purchase.

Please note that all conditions must be strictly adhered to in regards to returns and exchanges and that exchanges will not be accepted under any conditions if you fail to meet these requirements. Any returns sent without contacting us first will be refused and marked return to sender.

How to make a return for exchange or refund:

Step 1

Check that you meet all the conditions above.

Step 3

Choose the new item/s which you would like to exchange for and they will be held until we receive your returns.

Step 4

Return the item/s to be exchanged and include a self addressed prepaid satchel for your new items to be returned in.

All items are thoroughly checked before sending and packaged with care. In the unlikely event that you receive an item that is faulty or damaged please contact us and we will do our best to have the item fixed, otherwise an exchange, credit note or refund will be issued.

Please Note: Faulty and damaged items are subject to the same conditions as returns and exchanges. If you receive a package which is visually damaged or opened insist that this is noted with the carrier before signing for your order.

*No returns or exchanges will be accepted on change of mind sale items.
